These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and website offered by Nexorva, LLC (“Nexorva,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, requesting services, or engaging with Nexorva in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

I. Services Provided
Nexorva operates as a Program Authorized Reseller of fiber internet and related digital solutions. Service availability, installation, and performance are dependent upon our upstream providers and may vary by location. All services are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers, in addition to these Terms.

II. Eligibility
Use of our services is limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements. By engaging with Nexorva, you represent that you meet these requirements.

III. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
• Maintain responsibility for any equipment, devices, or networks connected to the services.
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and acceptable use standards.
• Promptly notify their selected provider of changes to account or billing information.
   

IV. Payments and Billing

• Fees for services will be disclosed at the time of order.
• Payment obligations begin upon activation or installation, as applicable.
• Customers are responsible for all charges incurred under their account.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• All billing, payment obligations, and account changes are handled exclusively by the selected service provider. 
• Nexorva does not collect payments on behalf of providers.
   

V. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

• Service performance, speed, and availability are not guaranteed in all areas and may be impacted by provider limitations, technical issues, or external factors.
• Nexorva does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, entirely secure, or free from outages, delays, or technical issues outside its control. 
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexorva disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
   

VI. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexorva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use or inability to use our services. Nexorva is not responsible for damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the provision of services by the chosen provider. Nexorva’s liability is strictly limited to the facilitation of new service applications, and does not extend to ongoing account management, billing, maintenance, or support requests. 

VII. Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the chosen service provider. Customers may terminate services by providing notice in accordance with provider or contractual requirements which may or may not incur early termination fees or other charges based on services selected at the time of original service application.

VIII. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Texas.

IX. Amendments
Nexorva may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect the effective date of the revised Terms. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
