About the Role
Nexorva is hiring motivated, outgoing, and resourceful Texas residents to join our team as Remote Sales Agents. Work from home while helping families, entrepreneurs, and small businesses across Texas access high-speed fiber internet and smart tech solutions.
This is not cold calling. You will generate your own leads using Nexorva-approved marketing guidelines and local outreach, share your Nexorva phone number for inbound inquiries, and guide interested customers through availability checks, sign-ups, and installation scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Market yourself within your local Texas community using Nexorva-approved guidelines and branding.
- Generate leads through outreach, referrals, local promotion, and online community posts (following company rules).
- Share and manage your Nexorva phone number to receive inbound calls and messages.
- Engage with interested customers by phone in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Help customers (including those who may not be “tech-savvy”) feel confident in choosing the right solution.
- Assist with checking availability, completing sign-ups, and preparing customers for their scheduled installation.
- Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, and sign-ups.
- Follow all Nexorva scripts, marketing rules, and compliance guidelines (no cold calling).

Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Clean background check.
- Reliable laptop or internet-connected device.
- Ability to work within Nexorva’s business operating hours.
- Minimum 6 months work experience (any industry).
- Onboarding documents required: completed W-9, signed Independent Contractor Agreement, acknowledgement of Nexorva marketing/compliance rules, and device/security checklist.
Approved applicants will begin a 30-day probation and must meet performance targets to continue.
